Three-star Hotel

1、This project consists of 160 steel structures, including 24 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units, as well as staircase, balcony, corridor modules, etc.

2、The exterior walls of the project are composed of decorative panels, double-layer 12.5mm fire-resistant gypsum board, 100mm light steel keel, rock wool, double-layer 12.5mm fire-resistant gypsum board and waterproof fabric, which can achieve one hour of fire resistance and sound insulation of 55 decibels.

This three-star hotel modular unit integrates four functional areas: a private bedroom, a living room with a small bar, a wet and dry separated bathroom, and a small balcony. The design is compact and orderly, with high utilization, meeting the core needs for hotel accommodation. The separation between the bedroom and the living room ensures privacy, while the small bar and balcony enhance the experience; the wet and dry separated bathroom optimizes usability. The exterior wall consists of decorative panels and other materials, achieving a 1-hour fire resistance standard and a 55-decibel sound insulation standard. The module strictly adheres to Australian standards, complying with construction, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure safety and comfort, and can be deployed quickly for use.
