Modular Djibouti Escale International Hotel

The project is located in the old port area of Djibouti, with Venice Road in the east, internal roads in the port area in the west, 4.5 kilometers from the city of Djibouti to the south, and abundant seascape resources in the southwest. This project is composed of a 2-storey display entrepreneurship center and a 4-storey hotel-style apartment, of which the display entrepreneurial center building height is 10.5m, and the hotel-style apartment building height is 14.8m. The plot covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 12,056.14 square meters, a total construction area of 11,182.86 square meters, excluding a total construction area of 873.28 square meters. It is a multi-storey building with a fire resistance rating of Class I.
